    Yup!! WE closed. All is done...transfer of keys a little later. Will be very busy but hope to check in as I can..thanks to everyone for support!

    A few credit notes:
    1) Closing was less than expected by $1000.
    2) Down 3%
    3) FHA
    4) 7.75 interest

    If you buy a house, be sure to include a note about transfer of keys at closing, it ALMOST was a problem..:)

    Just a suggestion...my house was a RENTAL for ~12 years...the real estate agent said I should change the locks immediately!!!!
