Hi everyone. This is my first post on here. I've been lurking for about a month learning from everyone on here. I am now asking for your advise on what I should do about a tradeline that I have with WFNNB/Structure on my Experian report.

I filed Ch 7 BK in July 1995. All of my "Included in BK" tradelines have fallen off as of last July on all 3 of my credit reports except for this one with WFNNB. I last looked at my credit report from Exp in 2000 and it was showing as "Included in BK". Now it's showing like this:

    -----------------------------------
    Status: Closed/Past due 180 days.
Status Details: This account is scheduled to continue on record until 12-2008.

This item was verified on 9-2002 and remained unchanged.

    Date Opened: 12/1994
    Type: Revolving
    Reported Since: 09/2001
    Terms: NA
    Date of Status: 12/2001
    Monthly Payment: $0
    Last Reported: 12/2001
    Responsibility: Individual
    Credit Limit/Original Amount: NA
    High Balance: $155
Recent Balance: $0 as of 12/2001
    Recent Payment: $10

Creditor's statement: Account closed at credit grantor's request.

Account History: 180 days as of 12-2001

    ----------------------

I disputed with EXP 3 weeks ago and they did change it to included in BK with a status to fall off in July 2002. It still showed a few days later so I called EXP to ask when it would actually fall off. She put it in dispute again and it came back verified like it was initially before I disputed the first time. I contacted WFNNB and they verified over the phone that it was "included in BK" and that they would make an "emergency deletion" to remove the trade line since it has been over 7 years. It has been almost two weeks since I spoke to WFNNB. Any advice on what I should do next? EXP will not let me dispute it anymore unless I send a copy of my BK papers to verify that they were included. I did mail them copies of the CR from 2000 showing the correct entry. I really don't want them to have a copy of my BK. WFNNB did tell me that they have been having a lot of problems with EXP reporting inaccurate info.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I no longer believe anything WFNNB says. They promised to delete some old negs from our account and they never did. I called them to ask about it and they claim that they can not remove accurate info. THis is after they sent a letter saying that they would make the changes. I finally just gave up since the negs were so old (1997ish I believe)..Anyway, good luck with WFNNB.

I am in the same boat with WFNNB not keeping their promise to report my accounts as paid, but I am going to try a version of a letter posted by Quixote (it's in the nutcase testimonals) & see if I have any luck getting the paid charge offs, off.

FYI, I spoke with WFNNB today about 2 inquiries on my credit report from last month. I have not had an account with any of their partners since 1997.

Here is the address I intend on sending my remove it or I sue letter to:

    WFNNB
    PO BOX 182273
    Columbus, OH 43218-2273
    Attn: Credit Bureau Desk

    Hope that helps
