1*I've sent the CA two validation letters, and this printout came in response to my second validation attempt. Do I need to send them an estoppel letter?

2*Also I just finished reading a bunch of threads where posters say the CA doesn't have to provide a copy of the original written contract as validation?????

1*Send it giving them 15 days to provide the validation.
If no validation then send ITS letter.

2*Yes they do unless it's a case where a written contract is not normally used.
