as many of you may know, I have a Judgment that I have been dealing with for some time. I finally gathered more than enough proof that I was living in Texas when service was proportedly given in the state of Washington. I am in the process of having the Judgment vacated. Anyway, something has been in the back of my mind for months. The judgment was for a breach of Commercial Lease for my company, which by the way was fully incorporated. I decided to talk to the customer service dept. for each of the CRA. Each CRA agreed that if the Judgment was not for something I bennefited from personally, it should be on my personal report. As per their request I faxed them the court records for the Judgment showing that the Lease was for my computer company last night. I called each of them this morning to verify that the fax was received, and I was told that the Judgment had been deleted. I am going house hunting this weekend. woohoo
