What address to send letters?

Hey everybody, a couple quick (i hope) questions...

    1) I pulled the contact info that the CR has for the different CA's and OC's. Should i address the letter to "credit reporting department" or something similar?

    2) If the address to the CA is a p.o. box, can you still send a CMRRR to it? Or do you need to find an actual physical address?

    3) My verizon wireless collection account is listed under National Recovery in one CRA, and just under Verizon in another. Both have different addresses, so i believe one is verizon, the other is the CA, but both are listed as having the $38 balance. Should i send a letter to both?

    4) I have a collection for sprint that went to ER Solutions/WCI. Now i know they're both pretty much the same company. Under one CRA, it's under ERS, on another it's under WCI, and the the third there's an entry for BOTH. Now ER solutions has 3 different addresses, and WCI has yet another. Should i send the letter to all 4?

Thanks in advance for your help!

1.) I would just send them to the name of the creditor or collection agency listed on your credit reports

2.) Yes, a PO Box shouldn't be a problem at all

3.) Has this debt been charged off and sold to National Recovery? If so, write directly to National Recovery.

4.) I would send your correspondence to the address for ER Solutions that's shown on your credit reports

Anybody here got any knowledge on disputing business credit?

Not much, since we focus on consumer credit here. However, you may wish to start by disputing any errors directly through D&B.
