Is the Attorney Generals office obligated to take a complaint regarding a CRA? I ask because I have Experian on at least one violation. They changed the "results due date" two times on me, and when I called them on it, they claimed it never happened, and magically verified the disputed info. I called the AG's office, and they didn't want to take down the complaint, just told me to send a CRRR ltr to the CRA with the proof I have. I will do this, however I wanted more ammo if I had to take them to court. Any help is appreciated.
