QUESTION: I ahve several CA's just begging to get sued for FDCPA violations. Is each violation a separate cause of action that I can sue separately over or do I have to let them do their thing, amass a pile of violations and then sue them for all violations at once? So far, one CA is getting one violaion a day (dunning me on the phone daily when they know or should know the debt is disputed and no verification has been offered) along with mailings that do not contain the CA's correct name as required by FCDPA.
