Lately I have been checking out the website www.planetfeedback.com and I have to say it is WONDERFUL. I have a Cap1 account and when its time I will use it to contact the famous Mr Cooke but I have used PFB once so far to complain about my Health Insurance company. someone contacted me the very NEXT day and fixed up the issue I had. i can't believe how easy and seemingly powerful this site it... does anyone have any success stories in dealing with PFB?
I guess it depends who you are writing. I notice a list of companys the repsond well to customers.. It seems Cap1 should be in there from the feedback I see in this Message board
Not credit related, but we used PFB because of a poor Sales rep at a GAP store and we were sent a $25.00 gift card.
