My husband and I filed for Bankruptcy. I sent after our credit reports and Pacific bell pulled my husbands credit report 1 time and mine 2 times on my credit report within 30 days. I know they recieved our BK papers from the court. Does anyone have any type of letter I can send them? Should I ask for deletion of old charge off account that says included in BK? Thanks for your help!
