hey guys - lots of you have offered me advise over the past 2 mths & i really do appericiate all the help from many different posters - i thankyou all lots !! i have 3 questions i REALLY NEED ANSWERED as to prepare myself by most likely losing my court arbitration on this creditcard debt .. # 1 SINCE IM NOT GOING TO FILE CHAPTER 7 BANKRUPTCY FOR POSSIBLY 6 MTHS OR MORE MAYBE EVEN NEVER WHAT WILL I NOTICE WHEN THEY WIN AS IM BROKE WITH NEVER OVER 500 DOLLARS IN MY CHECKING ACCOUNT AT ONETIME , I RENT AN APT & I LEASE MY AUTO ...... # 2 I LIVE IN NEVADA & THEY FILED THEIR PAPERS W THE COURT TO SUE ME BACK IN APX SEPTEMBER 2007 OR SO , SO HOW LONG WILL A JUDGEMENT SHOW UP ON MY CREDIT REPORTS & *** IF *** THEY RENEW THEIR JUDGEMENT LETS SAY AFTER 7 YRS & ITS DROPPED OFF MY CREDIT REPORTS WILL IT START ALL OVER BY ONCE AGAIN SHOWING UP ON MY REPORTS FOR ANOTHER 7 YEARS ??? # 3 SINCE I HAVE CLOSE TO NOTHING , BESIDES THE 25 % WAGE GARNISHMENT WHAT CAN THEY *** REALLY *** DO TO ME ??? i know my questions are in the legal nature & kind of tough but any & all answers to these 3 questions will be VERY VERY MUCH APPERICIATED i just need to be prepared ya know , thanx everyone - JULIE ..............
A bankruptcy filing can last up to 10 years on a credit statement total. Also, their are other means they get stuff out of you, such as personal assets, But i'm not too knowledgeable on the legal aspect of it so I dont know entirely.
