You could try Citibank, apply for the AAdvantage card, the SILVER one. You might also try for a retail card, Target is pretty easy, Macys etc. Do you have any negatives?????
Thanks for your input. Yes, I do have a couple of minors in collections.
Anybody else have suggestions?
Is there a way to find out which CRA a CC company pulls from in advance?
NO LIST IS 100% PERFECT...SOME PULL 2...SOME PULL ALL 3
IF IT SAYS EXPERIAN ONLY...THEY CAN CHANGE WITH THE WEATHER...MAYBE EQUIFAX...
The only one that I know of that is (PROBABLY) 100% GUARANTEED IS JUNIPER~~~EQUIFAX ONLY...
Does Juniper aprove people withe scores like mine?
629 probably NOT...I was denied...my F.I.C.O. IS 698...But I have no idea what it was in DECEMBER 2000...
I still WON'T try again with 698 because they will give the same response everybody gives...TOO MANY BANK CARDS WITH BALANCES...
WHY WOULD YOU HAVE A BANK CARD IF YOU DIDN'T USE IT?
Since credit card companies report only 12 days per year max. you probably will always show a balance even if you pay in full every month!!! (The only way to get a $0 month is to over-pay, or pay like 10 days before the bill is printed...(FLOAT IS LOST)...or don't use it for 3 months...
