   I think Direct Merchants Bank issues the Western Union MC, so it'll be whatever cra dmb uses (you can look it up at millcbs.com). From what I understand, you would still have to use cash at Western Union locations; you couldn't use their MC to send cash to someone or do a quick-collect, or anything like that.
