Brenda, Peope's Bank pulled credit report from Experian. I got pre-approval for Platinum MC and get approved for $7800 two yrs ago.They lower my rate from 13.99% to 10.99% fixed. My brother applied for TJMAXX Visa (previously issued by People's Bank) and he got dnied because excessive inquiries. They don't have any on-line payment but you check account balance on their websites.
