I applied for Fleet Edvance Card MC(now called Savings Bond Visa) and they approved me for $5000. It is a regular card and there is no platinum for this card. I don't have any negative and past due on my Experian credit report. By the way, they mailed me to request the utility for verify the address and the phone number. It should be pretty easy. The rate is not as good as my other card that I have. They pulled Experian where I live in Texas. Ron.
