Hi Im trying help my friend repair her credit.. what card can she get with a score of less than 500 and no bankruptcy. Also she has no car and no mortgage. What kind of cards should she get?
good question I would like to hear the answer to this Im not sure what my score is but around 500 sounds right
If your score is under 500 I would concentrate on taking care of obligations you may have a chance to get deleted or pay for delete on. OrchardBank gives people cards with low scores (I got one with a 550). You may have to go with a secured card where you give a deposit to use the card.
Re: What credit card can I get unde Nope. Anything under a 500 FICO is unheard of with a unsecured card. She' has too have a large amount of charge offs, collection accounts, tax liens, or judgements too be that low.

Re: What credit card can I get unde try a secured card that is your best bet. BOA has a secured card with a 500 limit and only a 99 deposit. the same as cap 1 i would give them a try
