If your report says that something is coming off in 8/1996, what day will it come off? The first day of the month or the last day of the month?

    Elorra,

I am not positive on what the "rule" is, but I find that when I look at my stuff, it is usually the last day of the month.

    Hope this helps.

I'd wait till 3-4 days before august and dispute as "obsolete". The CRA will probably go ahead and delete.

My Mom has a bunch of stuff ready to fall off her report within the next 6 months. Should I dispute these as obsolete, or should I say its been more than seven years sinec first delinquency? I know some of these have to be older than 7 years despite what it says on her report. All 3 CRs have different dates for the same item.
