What debt are considered a good debt?

Any revolving account that is below 30% of the available credit limit.

 

Why is this exact question showing up on numerous debt-related boards? Someone is signing up for a new username and posting this question, the exact same wording, all over the place.

I'll bet dollars to donuts that in a couple of days another new user will appear, post an answer to this question, and link to a web page for some sort of debt management/consolidation/elimination service.
