    Progressive-NCO $249

If I pay these 2 accounts will my scores increase or ?

A heavily weighted factor in your FICO score is how much money you owe so paying these debts will likely improve your score. Good luck.

If you pay off these accounts, your score may go up slightly, however it's having a reference to a collection account that is driving your score down for the most part.

Have you sent validation letters to both CA's?

Or have you attempted to negotiate deletion for payment with either?

No- I havent sent a validation, none of them contacted me.
I called them to request a settlement but none of the accepted; they need me to pay the whole bal.

SHould I validate or req deletion for pymnt?

I would suggest you send validation letters to each. How old are these accounts? Are they within the SOL?
Be sure to send your letters CRRR. Wait until you receive the green card back. Five days after the date they signed for your letter, check your credit reports. If the CA has not noted the account as "in dispute", they have created 1 violation. Be sure and print on your report showing the date you printed it. You will use this to your advantage if they still do not delete.

After 31 days (from date stamped on green card), send the estoppel letter. include a copy of validation letter, copy of green card, and a copy of the CASS FTC opinion letter, and the Wollman FTC opinon. Here's a link to each:
