I asked this before, but I do not think that I was clear. I disputed a charge off with a collection agency HOWEVER, it is NOT yet on my credit report, because I responded with the validation with-in 30 days. The 30 days is up for them to respond to my request. I am not sure what my next step should be. I am aware of the estoppal, however, this listing is not yet on my report.
What does it not being on your report have to do with the estoppel? The estoppel basically says that due to their silence obviously no debt exists and therefore you may not attempt to collect this debt.etc. Just send it.
