I have just started cleaning up my credit. I have about 20 TL"s most of which are bad. There are some I dont want to touch til the SOL is up. But there are 12 I want off. My question is should I send a letter to all 3CRA with all the accounts on it stating they are not mine. Or will this flag them that I am trying to clean my credit and end up with a frivolous(sp) letter? After I send my not mine letter, then do I send a letter to the CRA to verify or a validation letter to the creditors? Please help
