If a OC wanted to send me a letter for deletion that I would send to the CRA's and CA's, what has to be in that letter?
It depends what king of acct and what the situation was. But, assuming a negative acct, they usually just say we apologize for the error in reporting this acct, and will notify the cra's of the error and request immediate deletion.
This would be a good will deletion. I just wanted what to put in a form that the OC could sign and send back to me. Would this work? To whom it may cons: Please delete any information for account # 000000. Sincerely, Joe OC
