Looks like it is run by someone who just negotiates settlments with creditors with a bunch of legal stuff thrown in there to make it look good.
Actually to me it looks more like one of those MLM scams set up in a "debt relief" package. Note the user information in the web address, go to the main page and you see a different individual's name and phone number. I think it's a CCCS type scam along with MLM money making scam "Now that you're in our program, advertise our program and get people to come into our program and we will pay you" ChrisB
