What do you know about Orchard?

I applied for and got an Orchard Bank Mastercard with a $750 cl. I have seen lots of complaints here about Cross Country, but I have never had any problems with them, or any of my Marin cards. Now, I am wondering how many cards is too many. Here is what I have:
    Cap One $900
    Cap One $800
    FNBM $700
    Providian $450
    Cross Country Bank $750
    Orchard $750

I have tried to call and combine the Cap One cards, but they keep telling me I have to wait 6 months. I don't really want to get rid of any of the others, they have been good to me so far. They were all maxed out, but now have about $200 available credit on each, am trying to get them to within 20% of the balance for my home loan. Thanks.

    iamsamiam,

I don't have Orchard Bank cards and they are part of Household Bank. They issued subprime card.

They made it an extreme hassle for me to open an account, needed address verification, hand written social security number on another form? 49 processing fee, etc. so I just shredded it. This was after they already did 2 inquiries.

    radiohead,

I got pre-approved for Household Bank Mastercard up to $1500 credit limit and they told me I got pre-approved because I have account with Household Bank. The terms: 18.9% for purchases and cash advance. Credit Line increase fee:As Much as 50% of the credit line increase for which you apply and are approved. No annual fee. They give me the link to apply on the web and the link re-direct to Orchard Bank sites.

    The link:www.hbaccept.com.

Of course I didn't apply for it and I got better offers from others.
