When a CA says they do not have to validate because you did not respond during the 30 days and dispute?
I never recived any communication from them, although they claim I was sent several letters, they called several times etc.
I initially told them because I did not find out about the accounts until after seeing my credit report, that was when the 30 days began.
But I would like to have a better response, like a quote from the FTC, something legal to state.
    Anyone?

The 30 days applies to the CA not the debtor.

Just send them an estoppel or a demand letter and advise them that no where in the FDCPA does it say if you don't dispute within 30 days you have lost you're right to do so.
