What do you think I should do about this?

DOLA from OC was 10/02.Over the years they have sent this debt to every collector from NES to NCO to W&A and none got anywhere, oh yes to Riddle and Astra as well.
I haven't done anything as I am almost out of SOL. Never have heard from anyone for three years now.
I checked my cr's and a new JDB pops up.
My OC TL is still there with a 0 balance.
The TL is Palisades, NO account number,DATE OF MAJOR FIRST DELINQUENCY MARCH 08!!!!!!!
Type of Loan Factoring Collection Account and amount of XXX(what the OC charged off.
NOW not sure what to do. Haven't gotten ANYTHING in the mail n or any phone calls.
I am sure my credit score must have gone done, but it matters not at present.
I doubt very much that they are going to have ANY validation as NOT ONE of the others ever furnished anything just would have another JDB go after the account.
So do I dispute? Mass law says a JDB cannot put a TL on an account. So I know that I have them on a violation, but I am thinking perhaps not to make any ways as this is my LAST bad TL.
What do you think is the wise move?
    Thanks

Just dispute it off. Target the date of last activity, account type, pay status, and it will come off.

Don't waste your time with sending them anything directly. They are too stupid to read.

OK thanks much. Oh this is on EQ only right now so of the three cra's which one is the hardest to dispute a TL and get it off?

EX is the most difficult. You shouldn't have much issue with EQ.

Hay what is JDB? Google gives everything from java debugging to Hotels and photography. And I know I'm a newbie but Woofer, couldn't you dispute with the CRA AND sue?

Junk Debt Purchaser. They would have to verify something and damages established before an action could be grounded.

As apex has posted JDB = "Junk Debt Buyer" who are people who buy charged off debts for pennies on the dollar and will do most anything to try to collect a very inflated amount
Yes you can sue. If I applied for new credit and was denied, then I would have damages because of this TL if I could prove such.
Also if it comes back correct instead of removed then I will go from there.
Right now I just want it off.
