You have verified an account to Experian that was not even validated to me. I sent you validation letters on January 10,2003 on four accounts you claim I owe you and you have not proven this. You have also not marked my account disputed on any of the credit reports another violation. If you wish to keep violating that is fine all the more for me to have in court. You have one last chance. You know have 5 days as of receipt of this letter to do the right thing and remove this item from my credit report or provide the documents proving I owe this debt. If you do not do either I will file suit. This is not a threat but a promise. I give you 5 days because you must already have the information handy since you were able to verify with Experian. Do not call me and tell me you need more information. If you needed more information than you wouldnâ??t have been able to verify with the credit bureaus now would you. Yes, it lets them know that YOU know that violations have occured. Maybe going into detail about the actual violations could be saved for another day...no sense giving them a "heads up" on your possible lawsuit ammunition that could enable them to prepare.
