I just closed two orchard bank cards last week.I was checking credit expert this morning for some recent disputes and one of the orchard bank cards is showing as closed and the other was still open. When I checked the history it says

    Your statement :
FCBA dispute resolved - consumer disagrees

    What does this mean??

heh my orchard shows closed my household shows open go figure.

i figured i'd just let them roll in whenever they feel like it and give disputes a break for right now.

FCBA is the Fair Credit Billing Act. Were you disputing charges on that account?

FCBA is the part of the law that tells your rights if you are disputing charges on a CC.

I was not disputing anything on the account. I just called them and cancelled both my cards.

OK, I would call the card company and ask WTF they're reporting (not in those words) and then also dispute with the CRA as "incorrect status" if you do it online, I believe one of the options is "account closed."
