I just got my credit report. I disputed 2 accounts and Equifax reported them as "CONSUMER DISPUTES THIS ACCOUNT. INFORMATION ACCOUNT CLOSED BY CONSUMER" and it has the status of R9. And on the front page it's says "Below are the result of your request for EquiFax to reinvestigate certain elements of your Equifax credit file. Equifax contacted each source directly and our investigation is now completed." So what does means..did they confirmed the account or what?? Any help or suggestion is welcome...thanks
You mist have asked to have the accounts updated. May have had better luck on deletion. they verified something. Where these chargoffs?
Yeap they were...So I made a mistake of asking them to verify it huh...so what can I do next? Any advise...thanks
