"Creditor/collection account not found " mean ? Hubby has an Acct with Collectech that we have been trying to validate. It was updated during our validation period with that as the status...It also states meets dispute requirments by comsumer.... How can the buraues update info that appears the collection agengy can't locate the account ? Am I missing something here? Sdbmom
