Will I lose allmy credit cards,can I keep my saving, It's about 2,500,also my stock about 300.my car.I also have Guitar collection its about 3,000.can i keep that.
Not enough info what's your assets and liabilities.Usually you keep one car.is it paid for?But having stocks and a collection,is an assest or an investment,If you have to you can do it.I wouldn't try to hide anything.In your case i would seek legal advice!
