Did they finally get kicked off of here? I don't see Jason posting any longer nor do I see their banner ads. Did they finally accumulate enough complaints on ripoffreport.com to get kicked off of creditnet? I was surprised creditnet let people use the forum to promote scams in the first place but I guess money talks. If you finally got rid of him I applaud you and suspect that the forum will grow now. Hopefully creditnets' bad rep will dissipate over time. Lesson learned I hope.
The last I heard he was threatening to sue everybody that posted about being ripped off on ripoffreport.com. For some odd reason I find it hard to believe that there is a huge conspiracy to slander Apex Credit and more likely that there is truth in the posts. Hopefully creditnet has traded in one of their cash cows for some morality finally and won't subject users in need to a scam that in the past has seemed to be endorsed by CN.
As we have stated before in our replies to your accusations, we allowed Apex to post here because he answers consumers' questions and helps them on this board. He has not been banned from Creditnet and he, along with anyone else who abide by our terms of service, are welcome here any time. It's actually quite easy to believe there is a huge conspiracy to slander Apex. The proof is in all of your previous posts on our board, under various member names such as hegemony and shawnee, all of which have been banned for your personal attacks against our members.
No, Apex Credit Services, LLC is still in business and anyone who calls or emails us can find that out for themselves. As for me, I applaud the admins here for figuring out that this poster was one of the same old posters who've slandered us before. Let it be known that this poster was never a client. Just some whacko with nothing better to do than to try to tear down a legitimate and fair business that I built from the bottom up. As for the ROR complaints, yes, it certainly must not be a conspiracy. Attacking my spouse, calling her a prostitute, the same poster posting under various screenames . . . all those posts must be true. I suppose that is why we sued them and the case is still pending in the Circuit Court of Kanawha County, WV in Docket No: 08-C-1859. This business is not for the faint of heart by virtue of some of the people we encounter. I could shut Apex Credit Services, LLC down if a so chose. I don't need the income it makes. I leave it open to actually help people that legitimately want to improve their credit without some scam like CPN numbers or primary lines. And . . . we post on here to assist people.

This forum will be forever tainted because you allowed Apex Credit to use it to rip people off. You should be thanking me for trying to save you from yourself and your greed. Just admit you made a mistake and ban the crooks and you will never hear from me again. I can't speak for all the other posters who have voiced their outrage.
I'd be careful who you slander, you've now involved Apex Credit out of California. And, if this were a person in the "know" they'd know that I haven't had a Landrover in years. Again, Apex Credit Services, LLC, provides a legitimate corporation to those who select us. We gain nothing from posting here, creditnet gains nothing from posting us posting here. We simply give advice from time to time. It is that simple. However, some people can't stand to see a good thing stand simply because they disagree or have an axe to grind or BECAUSE THEY'RE NUTS. Get a life and leave this board alone. As for me and my company, no one could do anything further to harm it and yet, we survive.
Perhaps some people should spend more time getting their own lives in order and less time blaming others for their problems. Then the rest of us wouldn't have to be bored by these repeated juvenile attempts to bring their private business to a public board.
