I haven't been back here in about 2 or 3 weeks, and I noticed that there are no posts from Doris!! What happened to the Queen of Comebacks?
I've been trying to keep up with what's going on for a few weeks, but with spring here, all my volunteer projects have been bustling. I've helped with rummage sales, bake sales, mom's day out, flower and tree planting projects, senior health fairs, and every kind of bizarre bazaar imaginable. I've been having a lot of fun while working my butt off! Retirement has its advantages, but it can sometimes mean more work than ever. Anyway, I've been doing great and feeling great! I've always vowed that I'll never be a useless old rocking chair jockey in my senior years. Besides, hard work makes me feel less guilty about enjoying a good, cold beer every once in a while! I hope all of you are doing great too!
