I recently faxed a validation request to a CA for a debt they are trying to get regarding an end of lease that I had with Bank of America They called and I just asked them for my account number and how much I owed. They sent a letter to. The lady I spoke to said if they validate the original amount owed then I canâ??t settle with them after that. If they validate is there anything else I can do?
