Ok Folks... i am the guy who posted about the Wachovia Card Charge off a few days ago (several posts down). Supposedly my account was charged off last week...my question is...what happens next? Will i receive a letter about what they intend to do, a phone call, or both? Should I call Wachovia and ask who this has been assigned to? i really want to get this taken care of but i may have to wait. I also want to put the stop on creditoes calling me right away...i dont want the phone ringing off the hook. What do you folks think?
