I ordered FICO score yestoday and got " due to high volumes we cann't immediately process your request-----",I got E-mail this morning and it said my request has been process, so I login and clicked " click here for your score"but the file wouldn't open and the screen was blank.Thanks.
Email them or call if there is a number on the site. Tell them you will dispute the charge if they don't fix it.
I looked - at the bottom of their main page you will see "contact us" in the green strip at the bottom.
