I sent a debt validation letter (number two) to a collection agency and I have not yet gotten my green card back. I sent the dispute out on July 28th. They had two weeks to respond.

I tracked the letter and it says: Your item was delivered at 10:43 am on July 30, 2003 in SAINT PAUL, MN 55127. (I live in GA).

What should I do now? Send the same letter to them again and hope I get the green card back? Or should I after the 15 days dispute with the CRAs that the could not verify this was mine?

    Thanks,
    El

How about printing out the tracking of the letter and confirmation of delivery from the USPS website. I believe you can also call the post office to get the name of who signed for it and they can send you some sort of statement showing all the details.
