Couldn't find the answer to what CHOD is. Saw it several times in the posts. I am guessing...Court House Original Document? Is that even remotely close????
nope! i believe the actual definition is "Creditnet Holiday Onslaught of Disputes" basically it is the timing between thanksgiving and christmas when you dispute with the CRA's giving you better results. CRA's/OC's/CA's are understaffed due to the holidays and there are less working days during your 30 day dispute period, therefore they are less likely to verify.
