I want to get a good credit card with a low fixed APR and no annual fee with a good company that does not operate out of DE or SD. I don't care about intro. rate or any other perks.

    Any opinions?

    There is no such thing.

You can consider banks that are incorporated in Arkansas. Arkansas has laws that are generally considered more favorable to the cosumer than the issuing bank.

Consider Pulaski and Simmons First National. They require prime credit, but there rates are among the best.

You may also want to consider the USAA credit card. No annual fee, low APR.

Another ones includes: CapOne No Hassle and Amex Blue.

    Good Luck

My wife had a VISA/MC with them...$1,000 credit limit...

After a year or so of PERFECT payments, she asked for a credit limit increase.

The paper work she was sent included a P&L (TYPE) STATEMENT + AN APPLICATION that was more pages and more questions than our MORTGAGE!!!

    JUST F.Y.I.
