I got a print out from their system (blah blah blah) stating I made no payments etc.. Is this good enough to prove that I owe them money? Or can I dispute the amounts...how?? Ideas oh great Credit Gurus!
That is not proper verification. What they need to show is a viable obligation for you to pay, like a contract etc..Check out Butch's "what is validation"
Maybe I should have been more clear, the OC sent me the docs but it is in regards to a bank account that turned into a demand loan...
