I called TU on Fri to find out about several disputes that they failed to investigate and was told I was in their special handling dept. WTF! The person on the phone said it appears you have a mixed file! DUH! I have been telling them that for 3 months. Anyway, the guy tells me that he forwarded my call to the "special" dept and someone would call me back. Well here it is, almost a week later and no return call. Should I now send them a letter asking for immediate deletion of questioned accounts, along with my unanswered validation letters from same accounts? I know the answer is yes, but does anyone have a good letter recommendation? as always thanks for any replies!!!!
