Have a BK from 2008 reporting on all three bureaus. BK was dismissed in 2010 - Scheduled to come off in April 2015 on EX, and TU and May 2015 on EQ. -- Would like to get them deleted. How should I dispute them? i.e "I did not file BK, not mine, ??
Nexus22 - researched this a little. FYI I have no personal experience on this, but this was the jist of what I found on the web. (Links below) Looks like your correct in that the best way to get this removed is to dispute.
