What is the best way?

What really is the best way to deal with Experian's "previously investigated" response when requesting a reinvestigation. Has anybody else on this board got this before? If so, how did you deal with it? I've waited the 90 days and they still won't reinvestigate. What is up with Experian? I've had no problems getting CSC Credit (Equifax) to reinvestigate anything for me. They never have refused. And Transunion is clean. I filed a complaint with the BBB, the FTC (3 times), the Texas Attorney General and my state's attorney general against Experian but that has not worked either. Please help. Thanks in advance.

WZ - this one I haven't figured out. sometimes (if you can) wait awhile and redispute a different way will work. sometimes working with the OC/CA helps depending on the situation.

as george? would say - YMMV :):)

    good luck!
