I cancelled my free trial of credit expert a few days ago, and when I tried to sign up for it again today, I got this message: Membership Status We are unable to process your request online. We understand that the privacy and security of your information is important to you; therefore we cannot provide a specific reason as to why we cannot authenticate you online. Our registration process is designed to ensure that your Credit Manager membership is released only to you. Please send us the following information to complete your registration to Credit Manager: Dear Consumer: Please send us this letter, along with two proofs of your current mailing address, such as copies of your driver's license, utility bill, bank or insurance statement, etc. Thank you. What the hell! It worked last time I cancelled, then signed up again. Do they have a limit of how many "free trials" you can sign up for?
I'd assume they got tired of people leeching off the system. Only sure way to find out is to call and ask.
If you like the product enough to keep trying to get it for free, why don't you consider paying for it like most of us do?
