Since medical debt likely doesn't have a signature associated with it (I don't sign something every time I visit the doctor) What would be considered acceptable validation from a CA? Mainly, I'm concerned with, if it comes down to brass tacks, what would hold up in court? Gai-jin
Did you know that what constitutes validation has never been defined? I bet you signed something with info on it to start a chart on you. Did you receive something from a CA?
I received, as validation from the CA, a printout of the billing screens from the OC. I don't think that qualifies, but what could I reasonably expect to receive as validation? Gai-jin
