Started doing this because I need a new car - knew I wouldn't be able to finance with my low scores. I actually didn't know what the scores were, just knew they were low. I also started doing this because I found out that I could! I just assumed I had to wait things out. My goal right now is to get my scores out of the 500's. I will be thrilled to see scores of 600+. Once I hit 600's I will shoot for the 700's. (I find it easier to set goals in increments, that way I don't feel overwhelmed.) I started in March, got some deletions, but feel like I really didn't start until last month when I found this site. I don't really care about having credit cards - though that is part of the game to get a high score, I just want the freedom to be able to get them if I want them!
