    a good secured card, with low set up fee, that won't report as secured?

    I use to have a secured providian and it show up as a secure card on my credit reports... BOFA and Wells both offer secure cards that report them as regular credit cards

    Cap1 reports as a regular credit card (doesn't note that it's secured).

    How can you tell if it showing up as secured? I havea providian and there is no notation next to it on my credit report.
