What's funny about that is, most people who are trying to correct their CR's aren't saying the debt isin't theirs. What they are asking is to have the debt validated pursuant to federal law. It's weird how they get all bent out of shape if someone is asking them to validate an account, but don't think anything of the fact that they report inaccurate information all the time withoutout verifying any of it. Which to be technical, is against the law also.

The deal is you order some stuff and don't pay for it (even though you owe it and got the stuff)...

NOT because it is a bunch of junk...YOU JUST DECIDED TO NOT PAY FOR IT!!!

XXX sites have that problem all the time (so I have been told)...

EQUIFAX CREDIT WATCH was removing two old inquires at the bottom (oldest) for every two new ones...so if you "GET A NEW ONE" every day...it was so full...you lost old inquires...even "HARD" ones...

IT HAS NOT WORKED FOR 3 DAYS NOW...

Some people had 45 day old "SOFT" and "HARD" inquires being removed...(hence the name)

I GUESS THEY BROKE IT FOR US???
    MADE MORE ROOM???

What I question is the legality of charging $25.oo for disputing. How do they get off with charging you for exercising your legal right?
