    I want to see what is on my Experian report without paying Experian. Looking for something that is free like Worthknowing.com and TU.

    CreditExpert

    www.creditexpert.com = Experian (daily access) $80/yr
    www.privista.com = Equifax (weekly access) $50/yr or $30 if refered

    [EDIT]

    Oops! Missed the free part. Sorry.

    creditexpert is free for the first 30-days then if you don't cancel it they will bill $80 to your credit card. Some people on this board (myself included) sign up and get the free 30 days but cancel after 28 days so we don't get charged the $80 bucks. then wait a few days and sign up again useing a diffrent "user name" you can keep doing this every 28 days. Do a search under "credit expert" and you can see how many of us use this.

    Be careful with Privista. You can only get the free 30 days ONCE.

    If you try to sign up a second time, you'll be charged immediately.

    I learned that lesson the hard way last month. Thankfully I cancelled the same day I signed up and they credited it back...

    If you use the free 30 and like it, why not pay for it?

    because it's not worth it! they never notify you when something has been added to your file, and half the time the site is down and you can't log on. It's ok for free but not worth paying for. plenty of people on this site have reported the problems with creditexpert.

    I've found it to be well worth the money. I like the daily score updates and I really don't need them to notify me of changes (I agree they suck at that) if I'm checking it everyday.
