I have cc charge off that has been sold to a CA. The OC is reporting it paid but the CA is not reporting at all. I need the OC listing off my report-it is only on EX who will not investigate it again (already investigated). I have even requested a manual investigation, got shot down. The OC tradeline came off EQ and TU with ease. I have seen dozens of posts like mine, but no solutions (that worked). What else can I do to get the OC off EX? Any suggestions? Please help.
One good thing about this, it is out of SOL! I just may follow up with a C&D to the CA. Still need help with the OC though.
