Now why in the world would you be sending a alidation letter to Equifax? Validation letters are sent to the CA. Disputes are sent to the CRA's. I am not trying to be dismissive but you really should read the FAQ's thoroughly as it is a great starting place to build your credit repair educational foundation.

I do not understand, why would you send a validation letter to Equifax? Explain a little more in depth so we can help you.

you guys are brutal...I was thinking to type Retail Merchants Assoc. but for some reason typed Equifax...anyway they have a some collection accounts that I asked them to validate but they haven't responded....

Didn't realize that was going to cause mass panic!

It didn't cause mass panic. Your misuse of terms caused us to not understand.

If, and I'm still not sure we are clear on this, you sent validations to a collection agency and they haven't responded, you can send either the estoppel or a demand they remove from the cra's letter. Both are in the letter section.

Also, for your benefit, you may have already, but, I suggest you read or reread the top to threads.
